Revert to bundled versions of Tcl/Tk/itcl/itk/iwidgets for Fedora 9.
Conflict with Tcl/Tk/itcl/itk/iwidgets of the same versions as the bundled ones.
Remove Tcl/Tk/itcl/itk/iwidgets files which conflict with the system version.
Update file list to include the bundled Tcl/Tk/itcl/itk/iwidgets files.
Fix build with GCC 4.3.
Add missing BuildRequires: groff.
